Mandatory Extra

• APA (30%)

To ensure a smooth and stress-free charter experience, an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) of 30% is required in addition to the charter fee. Any unused balance is refunded at the end of the charter, ensuring a transparent and fair process. The APA covers variable expenses including, but not limited to:

• Private marina fees
• All fuel consumption (main engines, generators, tender, and motorized water sports)
• All food and beverage provisioning (based on preference list and dietary requirements)
• Activities and equipment (shore excursions, transfers, or special equipment upon request)
• Operational expenses (customs fees, shore power, waste disposal, international internet, personal laundry)

Under- or Over-Expenditure: Unused APA is refunded at the end of the charter. Any excess amount is payable on board in cash.

Crew Gratuities: Tips are totally at the guests’ discretion. They are not part of the APA.

Bank Transfer Fees: If the APA is paid via bank transfer, any bank charges will be deducted from the APA amount.
