BUENOWAYS sayesinde tekne kiralamak isteyen kişiler geniş bir tekne havuzundan diledikleri özelliklere sahip ve bütçelerine uygun tekneleri kiralayabilirler.
Tekne kiralamak isteyen kişi, kiralamak istediği tekneye ilişkin tüm teknik detaylar ile teknenin görsellerini önceden görebilir ve bu sayede istenmeyen sürprizler ile karşılaşmaz.
Türkiye’de bağlı bulunan tüm tekneler Buenoways ekibi tarafından düzenli aralıklarla ziyaret edilir. Özellikle Türkiye’de; müşterilerimize sunmduğumuz tim tekneleri bizzat tanıyor ve biliyoruz.
BUENOWAYS tekne sahibinin tekneyi teslim etmemesi durumunda yapılmış olan ön ödemeyi kiracıya iade eder veya benzer özelliklere sahip bir tekne bulunmasına yardımcı olur.
Kiracıdan alınan ön ödeme tekne sahibine iletilene kadar BDDK tarafından denetlenen bir ödeme hizmeti sağlayıcısının koruma hesabında tutulur. Bir başka deyişle, tekne sahibi adına tahsil edilen rezervasyon bedeli BUENOWAYS’in tüzel kişiliğinden ayrı bir hesapta güvence altında saklanır.

- They can offer installment payment options to clients who want to charter their yachts.
- They can better market their yachts through reviews left by previous charterers.
Additionally, BUENOWAYS eliminates payment risk for yacht owners. The advance payment collected during the reservation is held in a protected account supervised by the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency (BDDK) until it is transferred to the yacht owner’s account.
In other words, the funds belonging to yacht owners are securely held in an account separate from BUENOWAYS’ legal entity.
The fuel expense policies vary from yacht to yacht. We will inform you clearly about the fuel policies.
For most yachts, boarding begins at 15:30. Disembarkation is after breakfast on the last day at 10:00. After this time, the yacht is prepared for the next guests. Guests with late flight or bus schedules may leave their luggage with BUENOWAYS for safekeeping.
All of our yachts are insured against third-party damages. However this insurance does not cover guests or their belongings. We recommend guests to purchase their personal accident, health, or travel insurance.
If you are arriving with your own vehicle, you can park it completely free of charge in the parking area of our office site with our valet service.
This is a difficult question to predict. You know your own experience best. Occasionally, some guests may feel uneasy, though our yachts are comfort-oriented and generally do not rock excessively unless the weather is very rough.
If you are prone to seasickness, attentive crew and adjustments to cruising routes according to weather conditions can usually help. You may also ask your doctor or pharmacist for medication recommendations.
The Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) is paid at the time of charter. Under MYBA terms, it is generally around 30% of the total charter fee, but in some ultra-luxury yachts it can be up to 40%.
APA is paid before cruising begins and is intended to cover fuel, provisions, port fees, and other expenses. The amount equal to 30% of the charter fee is given to the captain to cover payments on your behalf for fuel, food and beverage, and other costs.
All invoices and cash expenditures must be completed before disembarkation. The captain will provide you with a detailed account of expenses. If less than the APA amount is spent, the remaining balance will be refunded to you. If expenses exceed the APA, you will need to cover the difference.
