• APA (30%)

In order to ensure a smooth and stress-free charter experience, an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) of 30% is required in addition to the charter fee. Any unused balance is refunded at the end of the charter, ensuring a transparent and fair process. The APA covers variable expenses including, but not limited to:

• Private marina fees
• All expenses regarding Greek customs and procedures
• All fuel expenses for main engines, generators, tender and water sports
• Food and beverage provisioning (according to your preferences and dietary requirements)
• Activities and equipment (shore excursions, transfers and special equipment upon request)
• Operational expenses (customs fees, shore power, waste disposal, international internet, etc.)
