To ensure a smooth and stress-free charter experience, we ask for an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) of 20% in addition to the charter fee. Any unused balance is refunded at the end of the charter, ensuring a transparent and fair process. The APA covers variable expenses including, but not limited to:

• Private marina fees
• All expenses regarding Greek customs and procedures
• Fuel consumption for the tender and motorized water sports
• Activities and equipment (shore excursions, transfers, or special equipment upon request)
• Operational expenses (customs fees, shore power, waste disposal, international internet, etc.)
• All food and beverage provisioning (according to your preference list and dietary requirements)

Under- or Over-Expenditure: Captain will refund you unused APA at the end of the charter. You can pay any excess amount on board in cash. Crew Gratuities: Tips are totally at the guests’ discretion and they are not part of the APA. Bank Transfer Fees: If the APA is paid via bank transfer, any bank charges will be deducted from the APA amount.
