We Completed the Gocek Spring Trophy

Sponsored by Servet Şekerleme, we have completed the 2026 Göcek Spring Trophy, one of the most prestigious events in the spring sailing calendar, organized by Göcek Yacht Club (GYC).

Our Beneteau Platu 25 Gururlan and crew competed in and completed every race in the trophy with a consistent performance!

4 Days, 6 Races and 52 Sailboats

A total of 52 teams from various countries took part in the 2026 Göcek Spring Trophy, held between May 12–16. Six races were held across both offshore and inshore courses of varying difficulty. Team coordination and sound tactical decision-making proved crucial on Göcek’s shifty winds and demanding routes.

Throughout the races – often held in challenging conditions – our Platu 25 Gururlan, the smallest boat in the fleet, never dropped out and never stopped fighting. Unfortunately, we didn’t make the podium this time.

Competing in the pristine bays of Göcek and experiencing sport and competition in their purest form has been a true joy.
