Bodrum Gocek (One-Way) Yacht Charter Itinerary

One-way itineraries are not very common, as most yachts are required to return to their home port.

However, in certain cases and depending on availability, it is possible to enjoy a one-way weekly cruise without any additional repositioning fees; a rare opportunity that allows for more flexible and scenic routes.

Bodrum

On the first day of your yacht charter blue cruise, embarkation begins at 15:00. You will be welcomed personally by us, your captain and the rest of the crew. Once you have settled in and feel completely satisfied with your yacht, we will brief you on everything you need to know and answer any questions you may have.

Throughout your trip, you can reach us 24/7 for anything you might need.

You may choose to stay overnight in Bodrum Marina and enjoy the vibrant nightlife, or, if you prefer a quieter evening, dinner and overnight anchorage can be arranged in a nearby bay such as Aquarium Bay (Adaboğazı) or Karaada.

Knidos

The history of Knidos dates back to the 4th century BC. In antiquity, it was a major center of trade, seafaring and science.

The famous sculptor Praxiteles once displayed his renowned statue of Aphrodite here, celebrated as the first fully nude female figure in Greek art.

Today, the remains of the theater, temples, agora, cisterns and city walls can still be explored, offering a remarkable glimpse into ancient Carian civilization.

Aktur

Aktur Bay is a haven of crystal-blue water and warm golden sand, nestled at the foot of pine-covered hills.

Datça

Datça was one of the key cities of ancient Caria and is also known as the birthplace of the philosopher Eudoxus. Today, the region stands out with its stone houses, Blue Flag beaches and authentic local products.

Famous for its almonds, olive oil, honey and seafood, Datça is a beloved stop for both nature enthusiasts and sea lovers, offering a blend of simplicity, charm and unspoiled beauty.

Dirsekbükü

Dirsekbükü is a highly sheltered and remarkably unspoiled bay located in the southwest of Hisarönü Gulf. Because land access is extremely limited, it is mostly visited by yachts and blue cruise vessels.

Its geography provides excellent natural protection from the wind and the sandy seabed makes it an ideal spot for anchoring. The water is crystal clear and calm making it perfect for swimming, snorkeling and enjoying quiet moments immersed in nature.

Facilities are minimal. Apart from a small beachfront restaurant, there are no services in the bay. The silence and natural beauty of Dirsekbükü are especially enchanting during the early morning and late afternoon hours.

Bozburun

Located on a serene peninsula, Bozburun is a beloved stop for yachts and nature lovers, known for its untouched coves, crystal-clear waters and peaceful atmosphere.

The town is also famous for its traditional gulet craftsmanship. Alongside Bodrum, Bozburun is one of the key centers where Turkey’s finest wooden yachts are built. Its small harbor is charming and intimate, lined with fish restaurants, boutique hotels and local handicraft shops.

In the evening, take a leisurely stroll through the town and soak in its quiet, authentic charm.

Bozukkale

Known as Loryma in antiquity, Bozukkale takes its name from the weathered castle walls that stretch along the shoreline; “bozuk” referring to their worn, rugged appearance.

This natural harbor was once a major stop on the maritime trade route between Rhodes and Caria. The fortress surrounding the bay features nine defensive walls, many of which remain remarkably well-preserved today.

It is also one of the Buenoways team’s favorite spots.

Arab Island

Arab Island is a quiet swimming and anchorage spot often visited during blue cruise routes.

The island stands out with its clear turquoise waters, peaceful atmosphere and rich marine life. Although its shores are rocky, the surrounding waters are wonderful for swimming or snorkeling. With no settlements on the island, Arab Island is an ideal stop for anyone seeking pure tranquility and a deep connection with nature.

Kadırga Bay

Kadırga Bay is a naturally sheltered cove located between Marmaris and Turunç. Its name is believed to come from the Ottoman galleys (kadırga) that once sought refuge here.

Along the shoreline you’ll find a small jetty, a few local restaurants and charming stone houses. With its excellent underwater visibility, the bay is also a delightful spot for snorkeling.

Ekincik - Dalyan

Here, you’ll have several optional activities to choose from:

Relax on board and enjoy the sun and sea
Join a Dalyan river tour
Experience a traditional mud bath
Visit the ancient city of Kaunos
See İztuzu Beach, the famous nesting ground of Caretta Caretta turtles

Ağa Limanı

Situated at the entrance of the Göcek Gulf, Aga Harbour is the perfect overnight anchorage before longer passages and the first peaceful stop for yachts arriving from Marmaris after a long cruise.

You can enjoy a swim or simply watch the yachts entering and leaving the Göcek area.
